Jelly Thumbprint Cookies When I Make Sugar Thumbprint Jelly Cookies, The Jelly Goes Through To The Bottom And Stick To The Wax Paper?

When I make sugar thumbprint jelly cookies, the jelly goes through to the bottom and stick to the wax paper? - jelly thumbprint cookies

Is it because of the temperature. Baked? Or what am I doing wrong?

Some recipes of cookie dough is not as thick or strong as others, and all the jam you enter through melting. So, after leaving the furnace, put the gelatin in fingerprints. Heat Seal cookie gelatin in force, and the cookie has cooled down very quickly and prevent the gel leaking down.

make flat fingerprints for gelatin is in the cookie and not through leaks. If this fails, try a stiff dough as the first answer.
