Breach Of An Employees Confidentiality Can I Sue My Employer For Exposing The Results Of My Drug Test Results To Other Employees Within The Company?

Can i sue my employer for exposing the results of my drug test results to other employees within the company? - breach of an employees confidentiality

Is not that a breach of confidentiality? Especially when this statement was not true, therefore, to defame my character?

Anyone can sue anyone for what they want, they find a lawyer willing to take your money. The question is, can win, and the answer is no, no. Already the law (as defined in Illinois, if I remember correctly) that the drug tests are not as medical examinations, and therefore no right to privacy. The fact that your test is negative or positive is that no confidential information is not tested it very positive.
