World Clock Widget Yahoo Widget World Clocks And Vista?

Yahoo Widget world clocks and vista? - world clock widget

I have friends all over the world, I like to have a world clock on my desk. In my old computer with XP, I have never had a problem with the representation at the right time. But I have a new Vista, and works takes a lot longer in the system tray is correct, the time shown on the clock in the world (I downloaded several other widgets) are all out.
If you have any idea why this might be?
